How can coaching help me?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) explores the relationship between how we think (neuro), how we communicate both verbally and non-verbally (linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour and associated outcomes (programming). It enables an individual to reprogram less useful behaviours and patterns, to create positive change. NLP has been described as ‘The art and science of personal excellence’.

Hypnotherapy, also referred to as guided hypnosis, is a form of therapy that uses relaxation, concentration, and intense attention to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness. It places the individual into an altered state of awareness, working with the subconscious mind to help bring about positive change to thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
